• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures ph544 is required to conduct under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. ph544 may at any time require you to submit identity documents confirming your date of birth as part of the KYC verification process.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

ph544 is licensed for operation within the jurisdiction of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ph544 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph544 does not accept registrations from users physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. If you are unsure whether online gambling is legal in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a ph544 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine ID
• Date of birth (you must be 21+)
• Valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO networks)
• Valid email address
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy

ph544 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) ph544 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses. ph544 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph544 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

ph544 support staff will never ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from ph544 and requesting your password, this is fraudulent. Report it to ph544 support immediately via the contact details in Section 15.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify ph544 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph544 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure, except where such unauthorized access is directly attributable to ph544's own negligence or technical failures.

4.3 KYC Verification

ph544 is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide, upon request, any documents reasonably required for identity verification, including:

• Government-issued Philippine identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, UMID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Source of funds documentation for large transactions

Until KYC verification is complete, ph544 may restrict or suspend your ability to make withdrawals. All information submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph544 may charge an administrative inactivity fee against dormant account balances as permitted by applicable law and as communicated to you through the email address registered to your account. ph544 will attempt to contact you prior to applying any inactivity fee.

5.1 Deposits

ph544 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph544 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, or to a verified GCash or bank account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being fully completed. ph544 aims to process standard withdrawals within 3–60 minutes depending on the payment method; actual receipt times may vary based on payment provider processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

ph544 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, as required by AMLA and PAGCOR regulations. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending investigation if ph544 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or violations of these Terms.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on ph544 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). For USDT deposits, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit is applied to convert funds to PHP. ph544 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal times.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

ph544 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be played through before they convert to real withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time of each offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ph544 operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using arbitrage strategies, or placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine gaming intent — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph544 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void affected wagers, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Modification & Cancellation

ph544 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. ph544 will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to ongoing promotions through in-platform notifications.

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on ph544 — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo, fishing games, and sabong — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are displayed within each game or game category. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the specific rules of each game before wagering.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or wager, ph544 will make commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server records and resolve the situation fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, ph544 may at its discretion void affected wagers and refund stakes to player balances. ph544's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.

7.3 Bet Acceptance

ph544 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where odds were published in error, where a market is suspended, or where ph544 reasonably suspects the integrity of an event. Sports betting odds are subject to change until the point of wager confirmation; the odds displayed at confirmation are the final accepted odds.

7.4 Fair Use of Platform

You agree to use ph544 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The use of automated bots, scripts, data-mining tools, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, artificially accumulate winnings, or reverse-engineer ph544's systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph544 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

1. Registering while under 21 years of age or permitting any person under 21 to use your account.
2. Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
3. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

11. Conducting any activity that ph544 reasonably determines, in good faith, to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its user community.

We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of resolving personal difficulties. ph544 complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gambling framework and provides the following tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your ph544 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined time period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

The ph544 name, logo, and all related brand marks are trademarks of ph544. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ph544's trademarks, trade names, or brand elements without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph544, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions, outages, or errors in the Platform caused by events beyond ph544's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or third-party service provider outages;
• Technical malfunctions in gaming software provided by third-party game studios, subject to ph544's obligations to use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve such issues.

ph544's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph544 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes ph544's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection law.

12.1 Termination by ph544

ph544 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph544 determines in good faith that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if ph544 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive from PAGCOR.

In cases of account closure due to serious breaches (including fraud, underage access, or money laundering), ph544 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending regulatory reporting obligations under the AMLA.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may close your ph544 account at any time by contacting ph544 support. Prior to closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any available balance. Account closure does not automatically cancel pending wagers; all active bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any resulting winnings will be credited and made available for withdrawal.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses and permissions granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that are by their nature intended to survive termination — including Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to ph544's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at the details provided in Section 15. ph544 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a dispute is not resolved through ph544's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For regulatory complaints relating to ph544's PAGCOR license, players may also submit complaints directly to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official channels.

ph544 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Users via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and/or by email to the registered email address on file, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of ph544 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
